What it does
The QR sign kit creates a tracked offline-sharing asset for one live listing in your managed portfolio.
Each kit includes:
- a tracked listing link,
- a QR code built from that link,
- a larger sign-style asset,
- a smaller QR card asset.
Who can use it
Agents can use QR sign kits on live listings they manage.
When it appears
The QR sign kit is available only for live listings. If the listing is not currently live, the share panel does not let you generate the kit.
How to use it
- Open the live listing.
- Open the listing share panel.
- Choose **Open QR sign kit**.
- Switch between **Sign kit**, **QR card**, and **QR only**.
- Download the selected asset or copy the tracked link.
What happens after someone scans it
- If the listing is still live, the scan opens the live listing through the tracked PropatyHub share path.
- If the listing is no longer live, the QR does not bypass state and the old listing content is not shown as if it were still available.
What the outputs are for
- **Sign kit**: better for on-site or printed display.
- **QR card**: better for smaller handouts or compact print space.
- **QR only**: best when you already have your own layout and only need the code.
