Share published client pages professionally without exposing private notes or sensitive client details.

Share only published pages

Only share a client page publicly after it is published and you have previewed it.

If the page says **Not public yet**, it is not ready for public sharing. Publish it first, or keep it as a draft until the content is complete.

Preview before sending

Use **Preview page** before sharing.

Check:

  • the client name or label is appropriate
  • the headline is clear
  • the shortlisted listings are suitable
  • the Agent intro is concise
  • no private notes or sensitive details appear
  • the page still represents your professional standard

Copy link and WhatsApp sharing

Use **Copy link** to copy the public client page URL.

Use **Share on WhatsApp** when you want to open a concise WhatsApp message with the page link.

Keep your message simple, for example:

“I created a property shortlist for you on PropatyHub: [link]”

Do not add private client notes, sensitive budget context, identity details, or confidential negotiation details to public share messages.

Keep client details safe

Treat every published client page as shareable beyond the first recipient.

Do not include:

  • private phone numbers or email addresses
  • sensitive personal circumstances
  • confidential negotiation notes
  • private payment information
  • internal comments meant only for your team

If you need to keep something private, leave it out of the public page and discuss it through an appropriate private channel.

If a page expires or should no longer be public

If a page is no longer relevant:

  • unpublish it if you do not want it to be public
  • update the shortlist if the client is still searching
  • create a fresh page for a new brief
  • avoid sending old links after listings become stale

Client pages help you present recommendations clearly, but a shared page does not prove that a client viewed, accepted, or acted on a shortlist unless the product explicitly shows that information in your account.
