First 60 minutes

  1. Validate profile and business presentation data.
  2. Audit active listings for quality and compliance.
  3. Define a shortlist of listings suitable for featured campaigns.
  4. Check referrals dashboard and baseline campaign setup.
  5. Open `/requests` to review live seeker demand in your key markets.

Demo listing basics

  • Use demo listings only for internal training, sandbox walkthroughs, or non-live showcase inventory.
  • Set the demo flag in the listing editor under `Basics` using `Mark as demo listing`.
  • Expect badge and watermark presentation to depend on admin settings, not on the listing editor itself.
  • Default platform policy is usually restrictive for demo inventory. If visibility looks different than expected, ask an admin to confirm current demo visibility settings.

Core navigation

  • `/home`: workspace snapshot, demand rails, and quick links.
  • `/dashboard/listings`: listing operations and publishing flow.
  • `/dashboard/referrals`: campaign/funnel tracking.
  • `/dashboard/saved-searches`: demand monitoring via followed searches.
  • `/requests`: property request board and request detail responder workflow.
  • `/profile`: manage responder email alerts for newly published property requests.

Team operating model

  • Standardize listing QA before publish.
  • Track response SLA for enquiries.
  • Keep campaign notes for featured/request decisions.
  • Use Property Requests for private, structured demand matching rather than off-platform outreach.

Agent and landlord feature controls are shared, but agent workflows usually involve higher listing volume and tighter response operations.
