Some features support bookings, payments, moderation, limited verification and curated provider routing. The scope of each feature is shown where it is used.

Listings are not guarantees

Information may come from advertisers or, for a private acquisition candidate, from research awaiting review and an authorised claim. A displayed listing, badge, review decision, provider approval or search result does not by itself prove ownership, authority, title, condition, legality, availability, price, professional qualification or suitability. Content can be incomplete or change. We may check selected evidence or remove unsupported claims, but that is not a full inspection or independent legal certification.

Different transactions have different paths

An enquiry about a property, hotel or event venue is not automatically a reservation. A shortlet booking may have an on-platform payment and cancellation flow; its displayed terms control the booking. A sale, lease, off-plan purchase, venue hire or trade service may require a separate agreement with the relevant provider. PropatyHub may charge disclosed platform fees and may facilitate a displayed booking payment. We do not automatically act as escrow, an estate agent, a property manager or the provider of third-party work merely because a feature appears on the platform.

Your checks

Before paying or signing, confirm the other party's identity and authority, the property or venue, condition, permits and lawful use, total charges, availability, cancellation terms and the written agreement. Seek qualified legal, technical or financial advice for material commitments, particularly off-plan projects. Report suspicious content or a failed platform payment to support@propatyhub.com.

We do not promise a viewing, booking, lead, completed sale or service result. Nothing in this notice limits consumer rights or PropatyHub's liability where the law does not permit a limitation, including liability for our own acts where applicable.
