What PropatyHub is not

PropatyHub and its owners:

• Do not own, manage, broker, inspect, verify, or guarantee any property
• Are not real estate agents, brokers, lawyers, valuers, or property managers
• Do not act as an intermediary in any transaction

Using PropatyHub does not create any agency, brokerage, fiduciary, partnership, or advisory relationship.

Listings & Accuracy

All listings, prices, photos, descriptions, and representations are provided entirely by advertisers.

PropatyHub does not verify:

• Property ownership or authority to list
• Property condition or legal status
• Pricing accuracy or availability
• Zoning, title, or regulatory compliance
• Advertiser credentials or licensing

Listings may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying property details and ownership
• Conducting inspections and due diligence
• Confirming legal status and compliance
• Engaging qualified professionals (agents, lawyers, inspectors)

Transactions & Payments

• Does not hold funds in escrow

• Is not responsible for disputes, losses, or failed deals

Any fees paid to PropatyHub are for platform access and advertising only.

No Warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropatyHub and its owners are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, fraud, misrepresentation, or dispute arising from:
