What a client page is

An agent client page is a tailored shortlist you can build for one client or buyer brief.

Use it when you want to send a professional page that brings together:

  • the client name or label
  • a clear headline
  • the client requirements
  • a short client brief
  • your Agent intro
  • your company name
  • suitable listings
  • useful context for why the page was created

It should feel like a curated recommendation, not a random list of properties.

When to use one

Create a client page when:

  • a client has shared specific requirements
  • you want to organise matching homes in one link
  • you need to compare a small number of options
  • you want to share your recommendation without a long message thread

Client pages do not guarantee enquiries, viewings, offers, tenancy, sale, or client conversion.

Fill in the page clearly

Use the main fields to keep the page focused:

  • Client name: use a first name, label, or safe internal label.
  • Headline: summarise the shortlist, for example “Homes in Lekki for August move-in”.
  • Client requirements: capture the essentials such as location, budget, bedrooms, intent, and timing.
  • Client brief: explain the situation in plain language.
  • Agent intro: write a short client-facing note about how you can help.
  • Company name: use the business name you want the client to see.

Avoid putting private or sensitive client details into public-facing text. If the page is published, the share link can be opened by anyone who receives it.

Add suitable listings

Add listings that match the client’s actual needs.

Where available, you may be able to use your own listings and supported network or external listings. If a listing source or network option is not shown in your account, treat it as unavailable for that workflow.

Before publishing, check:

  • the listings are still live and suitable
  • the prices and locations match the brief
  • the shortlist is not too broad
  • the page does not include stale or unsuitable homes

Publish, preview, and share

Save the page first, then use the publish control when you are ready for the client to see it.

Your account may show published client page usage such as used, remaining, and total slots. During the first control phase, this is informational and helps PropatyHub audit usage before any future enforcement.

After publishing:

  • use **Preview page** to check the public page before sending it
  • use **Copy link** to copy the public client page URL
  • use **Share on WhatsApp** to open a short WhatsApp share message

Published client page links use the canonical PropatyHub domain: `https://www.propatyhub.com`.

Treat every public share link as something the recipient could forward.

What “Not public yet” means

“Not public yet” means the page is still unpublished or not currently shareable as a public page.

When a page is not public yet:

  • do not send it as a public client link
  • public sharing actions may be disabled
  • publish it first if the client should be able to open it

Use preview and sharing only for pages that are ready to represent you professionally.

Expiry basics

If an expiry date is set, the page may stop being public after that date.

Use expiry when a shortlist is time-sensitive, such as a specific viewing window, campaign, or client search period. If a page expires or should no longer be public, update it, unpublish it, or create a fresh page.

Published page limits

Your account may show a published client page limit. Existing published pages remain live if limits change, but if you are at or over your limit you may need to unpublish one page or upgrade before publishing another. You can still save drafts and edit existing published pages.
