What reminders you receive

For paid shortlet bookings, PropatyHub may send:

  • 48 hours before check-in
  • 24 hours before check-in
  • 3 hours before check-in
  • Morning of checkout

Reminders are delivered in-app and by email when available.

Why reminders matter

  • Helps you prepare arrival details in advance.
  • Reduces missed check-in and checkout timing issues.
  • Keeps trip status clear without needing chat threads.

Check-in details from host

  • Hosts can share check-in details directly from the bookings inbox.
  • When shared, you get a trip notification and email with arrival guidance.
