Understand when check-in information appears and what rules apply before and after host approval.

When this appears in Trips

  • Open `/trips/[bookingId]` and look for **Check-in details** and **House rules**.
  • Visibility depends on payment and booking status.

What you will see by status

  • `Payment not succeeded`: details are hidden with guidance to complete payment first.
  • `Paid + awaiting host approval`:
  • You see limited details (house rules and check-in window).
  • Access-sensitive hints are hidden until approval.
  • `Paid + confirmed/completed`: full details are shown (arrival instructions, access method, parking, Wi-Fi, and rules when available).

Why some info is hidden at first

  • PropatyHub protects hosts and guests by showing sensitive arrival details only after booking confirmation.
  • This reduces entry-risk while still giving you enough context to plan your stay.
