Use useful, not relevant, contacted, still looking, and no longer looking markers safely.

What feedback markers are for

Feedback markers let you tell PropatyHub whether a request response helped and whether your search is still active.

They are simple quality signals. They are not a chat system, a complaint form, or proof that a viewing or housing outcome happened.

Useful

Use `useful` when a response helped your search.

Good reasons to mark a response useful:

  • the linked listing matched your location and budget
  • the responder explained why it fit
  • the listing gave you a realistic option to consider

What it does not do:

  • it does not prove you contacted the responder
  • it does not prove you viewed or rented the property
  • it does not guarantee future matches will be the same

Not relevant

Use `not_relevant` when a response does not fit your request.

Good reasons to mark a response not relevant:

  • the location is wrong
  • the price is outside your budget
  • the property type or bedroom count does not match
  • the response ignores must-have requirements

What it does not do:

  • it does not automatically block the responder
  • it does not prove the listing is bad
  • it does not replace reporting a safety concern

Contacted

Use `contacted` when you followed up with the responder or listing outside the marker itself.

This marker means you reported that contact happened. It does not expose phone numbers, emails, messages, or private contact details.

What it does not do:

  • it does not prove a viewing happened
  • it does not prove payment happened
  • it does not prove you found housing
  • it does not start a PropatyHub chat thread

Still looking

Use `still_looking` when your request is still active and you still want suitable matches.

Good times to use it:

  • responses have not fit your needs
  • you have not decided yet
  • you want more options before closing the request

What it does not do:

  • it does not automatically change matching rules
  • it does not send a new notification by itself
  • it does not prove all previous responses failed

No longer looking

Use `no_longer_looking` when you no longer need matches for that request.

Good reasons:

  • you found a property elsewhere
  • your plans changed
  • the request is no longer relevant

What it does not do:

  • it does not prove PropatyHub produced a successful outcome
  • it does not automatically explain why you stopped looking
  • it does not guarantee the request is closed unless the page clearly shows a close action

How feedback helps

Feedback helps PropatyHub understand whether responses are useful, whether requesters are still looking, and where marketplace quality needs attention.

The signal is directional. PropatyHub uses it carefully and does not treat one marker as a final housing outcome.
