What the QR sign kit is
The QR sign kit turns one live listing into a tracked offline sharing asset.
PropatyHub creates:
- a tracked listing link,
- a QR code tied to that link,
- a printable sign-style asset,
- a smaller QR card asset.
This is for one live listing at a time. It is not a generic QR generator.
Who can use it
Landlords and hosts can use it for listings they manage directly. Agents can use the agent-side version for listings they manage.
When it is available
A sign kit is available only when the listing is live.
If a listing is draft, pending, paused, rejected, removed, or otherwise inactive, PropatyHub does not generate a QR sign kit for it.
How to generate it
- Open the live listing.
- Open the listing share panel.
- Select **Open QR sign kit**.
- Choose the asset view you want to preview.
- Download the selected asset or copy the tracked listing link.
What the outputs mean
- **Sign kit**: a larger printable sign-style layout.
- **QR card**: a smaller printable asset for a window, desk, or handout.
- **QR only**: the standalone QR image for simple reuse.
- **Tracked link**: the PropatyHub share link behind the QR.
What happens if the listing is no longer live
The QR does not keep old listing content public.
If the listing later becomes inactive, withdrawn, or unavailable, the tracked share path stops exposing stale listing content and shows the safe unavailable outcome instead.
The QR always uses a PropatyHub-controlled share path. It does not point straight to a raw listing URL.
