Landlord shortlets: guest notes in bookings inbox

Review tenant coordination notes directly in booking details so approvals and check-in planning move faster.

What changed

  • Hosts can now read **Guest notes** inside the booking details drawer on `/host/bookings`.
  • Notes are tied to a booking and sorted newest first.
  • Tenant notes are also sent through in-app notifications and email to reduce missed context.

Where to find guest notes

  1. Open `/host/bookings`.
  2. Select a booking row and click **View**.
  3. In the drawer, scroll to **Guest notes**.

If there are no notes yet, the section shows **No guest notes yet**.

How to use notes operationally

  • Prioritize urgent requests first, then read guest notes before approval.
  • Use notes to confirm arrival constraints and check-in readiness.
  • Keep blocks and availability updated if the note changes expected timing.
