Visibility rules that matter
- Listings must satisfy approval and active status to appear publicly.
- Demo listings are excluded from normal public discovery for non-admin viewers.
- Featured status boosts exposure but does not bypass core visibility rules.
- Property Requests only show responder-eligible, open demand; seeker contact details stay private.
Demo listings quick start
- Use demo listings for walkthroughs, training inventory, or non-live showcase content only.
- Set them in the listing editor under `Basics` with `Mark as demo listing`.
- Badge and watermark presentation come from admin settings:
- `Demo` badge can appear on cards and detail pages
- `DEMO` image watermark can appear when enabled
- If a demo listing is unexpectedly visible or hidden, an admin should confirm the current demo visibility policy in `/admin/settings`.
Where to operate
- `/host`: listing management, featured request actions, payment history panel.
- `/home`: workspace snapshot + discovery rails.
- `/requests`: property request board for eligible responder workflows.
- `/profile`: manage responder email alerts for new property requests.
- `/admin/featured/requests` (admin only): request queue and decisions.
Featured requests and pricing are workflow controls, not automatic guarantees. Quality still drives conversion.
